Champion Revealed: Rifton, The Hydrosoul

"Soterios gathered men and would toss them below the thrashing waves until water filled the poor soul's lungs and he was rendered unconscious. Soterios would then proceed to then Rebirth the lost man by bringing him back to shore, and pressing his holy hands upon the victim's chest until he was brought back choking and coughing, reborn into the world as acolytes to the High Priest. "For years Soterios conducted his Rituals of Rebirth unchallenged. Grown fanatical in his success with the Rituals, Soterios was sure in his belief that his own Rebirth would result in a divine transformation of his body, elevating him to an even higher level of power. "At a command from Soterios, his acolytes lowered the High Priest into the cold, dark sea. Unfortunately, his Rebirth did not go as planned and as water filled his lungs, the dying High Priest made one last plea to the higher powers. Reborn by the Immortals, he renamed himself Well, the Hydrosoul, and lives only to do their bidding."

This is Soterios' Lore. Many youtubers have done "What Soterios could of been!" things. I decided I would put a kit on him, and see what you guys think. I also changed his name to Rifton, as I feel that its a better name then Well Soterios. I have tweaked most of his abilities. However, I did not use is E. I felt that of all the kit, it needed to go. I wanted him to be a mage that delt small bursts repeatedly. I also wanted him to be in a solo lane. Therefor and ability that regenerates mana to nearby allies didn't fit the theme. I also didn't use his R as I couldn't think of an ability to match the Icon, anyhow here's the kit.

Rifton is a ranged mage champion. Think of his auto range to be similar to Xerath's auto range.

Vortex P: When a enemy nears Rifton (Slightly longer range then Alistar's pulverize or a melee auto attack range), knock back all enemies(slightly) and deal 10/20/30/40/50 (+25% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies. 20/17/14/11s CD (20s from lvl 1-5, 17s from lvl 6-10, ETC)

Torrent 80/75/70/65/60 Mana CD: 13/12/11/10/9 Q: Summon a large rainstorm at target location, dealing 60/75/90/105/120 (+50% AP) over 5 seconds and slowing all enemies by 20%. Lightning also strikes random champions(5 times over the duration) dealing 80/90/100/110/120 magic damage. (Range is about slightly smaller than Trundle's W)

Typhoon 100/100/90/90/80 Mana CD: 12s W: Send a fast Wave forward that deals 20/30/40/50/60 (+60% AP) magic damage and apply a mark of Wave Rider for 7 seconds.

Wave Rider: Deal 3% of their HP in magic damage every second Slow them by 15%, increases to 50% if they have damaged by Rifton within the last 2.5 seconds. At the end of the Duration of the mark, heal Riftin by 20/35/50/65/80 (+15% of Riften's missing health).

Acolyte's Rebirth 25/30/35/40/45 mana per second CD: 5 seconds when deactivating, 20 seconds when Acolyte's Rebirth summons an Acolyte. Toggled ability E: Riften deals 30/40/50/60/70 magic damage on hit with his abilities and auto attacks.

If an enemy champion Dies summon an Acolyte. If an Acolyte dies within 4 seconds of being summoned, Reset the cooldown of Acolyte's Rebirth

Acolyte 7/7/9/9/11 HP 20 (+70% AD) (+20% AP) AD 1.00 Attack Speed X - Y + 15/15/25/25/50 (X= your movement speed, Y= 33.3% of your Movespeed) Dies after 9 seconds of not taking or dealing damage. Regenerates 1 Health per 3 seconds. Dies after 1 minute.

Hurricane No Cost CD: 120/100/80s R: Summon a Hurricane that slowly moves in target direction( Goes as far as Nami R). The storm gets bigger as it goes.(Starting at Trundle's E and ending at Trundle's W) The storm gives enemies +30% MS when moving towards the center, -30% MS when going away from the center. It deals 250-500 (+ 65/70/75% AP) Magic damage over the 5s duration (goes slower than Nami's ult). All enemies effected get a mark of Wave Rider. Wave Rider does not stack but instead refreshes the cooldown and increase it by 3 seconds(10 seconds total)

Am working on the Deathnight! Am also planning to do an Ork and Elf. I may be doing a Totem Champion as well.
