Rant: No more Refunds? + Miss click buying with RP instead of IP

When i first started playing league, season 2, I used up all my refunds really early on in the game. And through 6 seasons on-wards, we have never gotten more refunds. Normally this isn't a problem, but today I dun messed up. I clicked on buy a champion with RP instead of IP. I meant to buy with IP and then spend my remaining RP on a skin for that champion. But noooo. No more RP for me because I bought it with RP instead of IP. And because early on in my league experience I used all my refunds stupidly, (bought a champion and then refunded it right away a few times), I can't refund the champion and get my skin.

It sucks. Alot.

Please Rito, give some of us old players or even the not so old players some refunds...

Errr make a Support ticket explaining the situation.

I Summoner Name on this Date roughly round this time had made a Mistake making purchase blah blah.

if you really did intend to buy a skin just ask if you can have the IP/RP values adjusted to reflect your intentions. example: I am not here to ask for a full 100% refund, just that i can swap the currency that was used on said purchase. I wanted to buy Champion A with IP and and Skin B with RP.

of course provide the values of IP/RP

Riot has helped me out plenty over the years with small things like this, most of them really are helpful. Just don't put in a ticket like most people: Riot i don't want shit skin X refund now it was a mistake, its shit skin.

Also if you do get a reply with the Unfortunately, we cannot perform such action ....... reply back with a " well thanks for giving me the time and actually responding ...." Trick is to hit them in the feelings as hard as you can.

Also refrain from using the Champion until you get an answer. some players play champion X with Skin B many times then claim it was an accidental purchase...... BS.

Have you tried contacting support and telling them what happened? It seems like a lot of people's first reaction is to just post about it on the boards rather than talk to the company directly.

rofl, i accidentally bought a champ with rp as well, so tilting
