Pronouced Ok-tar

Oktar is a big 3 horned rhino. He looks a little humanlike but mainly rhino.

Lore: Oktar's tribe lived in the mountains. Rough terrain and cold winds brought together the whole tribe. Oktar was the leader. Providing support in battles against enemies and building huts. Leading them through the mountains when tough times were about them. Oktar was an amazing leader, his tribe told him so. But one day, while fighting some extremely strong trolls, Lissandra came. She killed Oktars warriors, his brothers, with a single swipe. Sending shards of true ice into their hearts. Trundle, the troll king murdered his closest friend. The tribe retreated. Having its army be depleted and their defences in shambles. Oktar fought in one last battle for some land, food, safety for his tribe. An earthquake devastated his army, what was left of it. He was the last one left. He told the rest to run, while he fought to the death.

He emerged from a cold, hard sleep. It had been years since his battles. Yet he still remembered them clearly. He rolled over in his bed at the inn. Three years ago he fought for his tribe. Three years ago Oktar's tribe was murdered. Oktar was the last of his people known to be alive. He spent every living day trying to find his people. Trying to protect his people. But he could not find them. Nor could he find Trundle. To get his revenge for what he had done to his tribe. Nor could he get revenge on Lissandra, for what she had done to him. He was alone now, no one left. Oktar got up and left the inn. Leaving only a few coins to trace of his presence.

Oktar joined the League of Legends when he found out Lissandra and Trundle had joined. He would fine them and kill them, over and over and over again if he had to, for revenge.

yeah thought it was weird that ot was underlined. Sadly I cant change it though. Because whenever I type it deletes my writing in front of it. I would have to rewrite it all. :(

Passiv is way too strong when playing tanky. Warmogs for example would give 127 armor and mr and 722 health. Thats better than 2 normal tank items combined. If you just stack enough health you will be unkillable

Q: You know how some people take ghost and then run at you and you just pray that you can reach your tower before they get you? ghost gives only 27% movement speed bonus, but lasts 3 seconds longer. With his q if you pushed the lane or probably even if you havent pushed much he can just run up to you without a problem. Also 10% of whoms curent health? his or his targets? and does that bonus apply to all damage done within 7 seconds or is it limited or does the mark get consumed when attacking the enemy?

W: Passiv is way too strong due to your natural tankiness and if it gets doubled by ult thats complettly broken. Activ seems ok.

E: the way this reads is that you deal 20% current health targeted to an enemy with E1 and then you can deal AoE damage with E2 which is probably not going to miss your opponent. Considering how this works you could just put these effects together since there is no reason not to use both to do some burst.

R: so even more tankiness and damage too. how nice. Also why a 50% increase in ap? is it not strong enough that he is unkillable already does he need to burst people too?

With just liandrys and rylais you would have 105 bonus armor and mr, 595 bonus health and 180 ap (210 with ult). Now buy a warmogs just for fun and you are at 232 bonus armor and mr, ~1300 bonus health which gives you 70% damage reduction. Also the gold efficiency of buying health is insane. Compared to vlads passive this is just completely broken. 1 point of health is usually worth 2.67 gold but with this passive its 8.37 which is 313,48% gold efficiency. for vlad health is worth 3,21 gold (120,23%) and ap are worth 25,49 gold (117.19%)
