She spins like made for her R. Her blades spins. Her name is literally a single A away from Katrina. It'll be a skin that both fits her abilities AND works as a name.

As far as appearance goes, she'll be some sort of wind elemental or something, her clothes will be scraps of destroyed houses or such covering her up. When she starts ulting, she flings parts of debris around.

I see literally no downsides of this skin other than the fact that she just got a Warring Kingdom skin.

They won't do this skin because Hurricane Katrina killed hundreds of people, therefore making a skin of it is practically mocking the event.

That's like making a 9/11 skin for Ziggs; very very insensitive >.<

I personally wouldn't mind, but Riot would get a lot of hate for doing it.

The past is in the past. Everyone got over it by now. It's also in a lot smaller scale than 9/11. B'sides, Riot gets hate regardless of what they do anyways.

(on an unrelated note I can't even see how 9/11 Skin Ziggs would work even if everyone is down for it. What, is he going to throw plane-sized bombs?)

I was just using ziggs as an example lol I didn't mean it literally :P They still won't do it though, even if it's a really good idea, it's the the safer thing to do They could however do Hurricane Garen, I think that'd be interesting.

This leads to a fascinating dilemma.

What would happen if the situation is reversed. Riot makes a Hurricane Garen skin, and once it's out and bought, THEN there's a devastating hurricane that killed some people and the government decides to name it "Hurricane Garena" or something.

Would people be pissed off by Riot's decision at making a hurricane skin?
