Aghanim's scepter is a item from Dota that enhances each hero's ultimate ability in a unique way. For instance it could give Diana another free dash, make Sonas ult longer to hit more champions, make it so Nasus becomes ascended, give Jhin 5 shots instead of 4 (oh the blasphemy, thats not art). The possibilities are endless.

Disclaimer I am not a dota fanboy and I can honestly say i dont care for the game, but if we could have an item like this in league I feel it would just make it so much more fun. And I dont like the idea of stealing from another game but if riot could put something similar it would be a worthy item to be borrowed from valve.

I feel that this item COULD have done great potential, but is incredibly risky. While I like the idea, there are many champions that are far more focused on the ult in their kit than others. Given their history, Riot would have a tough time balancing such a impactful item.
