Isa is a melee carry, hybrid assassin, who can excel in the duo lane or solo lane. She dashes around combat, and controls her own energy to deal tons of damage!

The only true destiny is to live and die. Other than that, there’s nothing you can decide.” “Isa, you’re being ridiculous.” “Lee... I’m going to tell you something I’ve never told anyone.” “Uh...” Isa crawled out of her hidden area, and walked along the streets. Lee followed.

Lee looked at her, obviously still confused. “Eight... Eight what?” he said. Isa let out a sigh, and pointed to her headband. “Take it off.” She said. “But you’ve never let anyone touch the thing. What’s going on...?”’ Lee responded. “Just take it off.” “Okay, okay.” Lee reached cautiously for the headband, and removed it with care. Beneath it lied a jade mark on Isa’s forehead. Lee stared in awe at the mark, unable to understand what it truly was. “Can’t you remove it?” He asked. “By dying.” She answered. Lee jumped back quickly. “Dying? Are you mad?” “I’m not going to die. Calm yourself.” She sighed. “Good.” Lee said in relief. “So what does this all mean? What are you going to do?” “I’m going to fight until I do die.” Isa responded. “So you... Are still going to be a shinobi?” Lee said with happiness. Isa laughed at his reaction and spoke. “Precisely.”

Abilities

.:[Innate - Disheartening strike]:. Every 12 seconds, Isa's next basic attack against an enemy champion will stop their heart briefly. inflicting 45-350 (Half immediately, and the other half over 2 seconds) bonus magic damage. For 4 seconds afterwards, the enemy's health regen is reduced to 0.

.:[Q - True Palm Strike]:. Toggle: Isa focuses her energy to empower her attacks. Each of Isa’s basic attacks deal 10/25/40/55/70 (25/30/35/40/45% AD) bonus true damage. After reactivating this ability, her next attack will not do bonus damage, but will slightly knock back the target. Knocked back targets cannot be knocked back again for 14/12/10/8/6 seconds.

CD: 2.5 Cost: 15 energy per attack. Spell Variation: Buff

.:[W - Palm Rotation]:. Isa rotates against the wind, creating a forcefield of air, that deals 60/100/140/180/220 (0.5 AP) magic damage and knocks back all enemies, except the enemy marked by Disheartening Strike. Isa gains 10 energy per champion hit.

CD: 20/18/16/14/12 Cost: 70 energy Spell Variation: Aoe Knockback

.:[E - Air Palm]:. Isa manipulates and throws the air in a line, dealing 10/25/40/55/70 (0.3 AD) (0.2 AP) magic damage to the first enemy it hits, and slowing them by 10/15/20/25/30% for 1.25 seconds. Isa can reactivate this ability for 3 seconds if she hits an enemy champion, up to 2 more times. (The slow can only stack twice) Landing 3 Air Palms on the same champion deals 8/9/10/11/12% of the target's missing health in physical damage.

CD: 15/13.5/11/9.5/7 Cost: 60 energy after third cast or 3 seconds. Spell Variation: Linear Skillshot

.:[R - 8 Trigrams/Forbidden Dash ]:. Isa creates a large zone around her that lasts for 10 seconds. Enemies in the initial range of the zone are rooted for 1.5 seconds. For 10 seconds afterwards, Isa can use Forbidden Dash, and Isa's spells have no cost.

Forbidden Dash: Isa blinks to an enemy, dealing 50/80/110 (0.3 AP) (0.3 AD) physical damage, and increasing her attack speed by 20/35/50% for 3 seconds. The cooldown of Forbidden Dash increases by 1 second each time she uses it. (Initially 1 second CD) If Isa scores a kill or assist on an enemy champion, she gains 4 more seconds to use Forbidden Dash, and the cooldown is reduced by 2/3/4 seconds.

Tips

Playing As Isa

  • Isa's best work is when Forbidden Dash is opened. However avoid using it too frequently.
  • Isa works well with champions who can provide the CC for her to deal damage.
  • Isa is great at chasing, but lacks CC to engage a chase.

Playing Against Isa

  • Isa is a deceptively strong duelist. Avoid trading unless Isa is low on energy.
  • While Isa can self peel with Palm Rotation, it leaves her open after she uses it.
  • Isa is weak against champions with disengage, and poke. She also does not stand well against being focused upon.
