These changes will no longer show only "Assassin, Supports, Marksmen and Mages" in all the games because with fairly buffed and well designed Vanguard items, the Heavy junglers will normally come back to the game and build right itemization without breaking the meta with full dps build anymore.

There's a general trend of up-costing the items here. I should note that tanks generally are on lower incomes than carries and as such they cannot always afford expensive items. There should be a mixture of cheap and expensive items available to tanks. Another general trend is random stats coming out of nowhere. Try to only include stats present on component items, with a few exceptions and not have random extra stats on every item.

I am also going to skip over anything which is essentially "tuning" and not really a rework.

Putting AD and AP on Stoneplate is a horrible idea. Vanguards - in their truest form - have no desire to build AP or AD and the hybrid stat line is almost always a failure.

You can't buff Abyssal that much without increasing the cost much more than that. 150 HP is 400g worth of stats. 15% amp to all damage vs. just magic damage is a huge buff in and of itself for the low-low price of 200g.

I actually like the idea of having tenacity on Deadman's Plate. Much of the time tanks NEED to go into Tabi because it's just more effective at reducing damage.

A magic resist item that gives grievous wounds isn't a bad idea. Putting that effect on Sunfire is.

Changing Iceborn in that way removes almost everything appealing about the item. It being a cheap 20% CDR that provides utility is the main draw to tanks. Giving it AD, AP, less CDR and more cost is... gross.

Again on Triforce. 20% CDR is really important to its users. Hybrid stats on it are a mistake. 20% crit is a gimmick. I would personally view this change as a nerf to Trinity Force overall with a cost increase thrown in to rub salt into the wounds. I appreciate the similarities this has to old Trinity Force (Which has AP and crit) but the new trinity is largely stronger.
