Surprise Party Neeko Skin Consept!

Neeko would be PERFECT for a Suprise Party skin! Being able to throw her own party and have everyone on the rift be able to join her would be fantastic! I dont have the art skills to be able to draw out anything, but I can at least try my best to explain it.

Neeko would be in a colorful party dress, maybe with different party decorations wrapped around her like streamers, her butterfly that follows her could be the pink balloon animal that Fiddlesticks has, confetti animation for her auto attacks that explode on contact and of course a party hat that has some kind of party spinner on the side of it.

Her Q animation could have something to do with party snacks. Each blossom that pops would have a different food item on a plate with the third food item being breadsticks! Or each pop could all be breadsticks that just keeps adding more to the plate as they pop.

The W activation would be the same, but her W passive could be a slap in the face with party streamers since her auto changes from a projectile to an instant attack.

My favorite consept for this is her E animation. Neeko would throw out a party hat that when it hits an enemy, it puts one on top of their head to indicate the root portion of it.

Finally, her ultimate would be a similar style to Fiddlesticks ult with her prepping up a big surprise for the enemy team! An explosion of confetti, glitter, party noise makers and colors flooding the area for everyone to enjoy!

Her passive isnt something we could add to sadly.
