Titanic Growth- A New Tank Keystone Rune

For each second in combat with champions gain a stack of** Titanic Growth**, up to a max of 5. Stacks fall off one at a time for each second out of combat.

Titanic Growth: Grants 5% tenacity and (2-4-6-8) Armor and Magic Resist, based on level (level 1-6-11-18) When at 5 stacks of Titanic Growth, Gain a (25-50-75-100) + 2% Max health shield for each enemy champ within 600 units. (45-10 second cooldown based on level) Max tenacity: 25% Max AR/MR: (10-20-30-40) Max Shield (Five Champions): (125-250-375-500) + 10% max health (level 1-6-11-18)

Hello Everybody! This is my take on a generalist Tank keystone, one you could take on just about anybody if you need to be the damage sponge for the team, and don't like the limitations of aftershock and guardian. I also wanted to avoid it being too strong on solo carries, so let me know what you think! I moved this post over from gameplay because it fits better here, sorry if you're seeing it twice!
