She is a very oppressive champion. She should probably get a true rework before she becomes popular ever again.

Crit changes didnt do amazing things for her, and shes an early game adc that cant really use a bc build or a botrk.

Jhin isnt a better cait, cait is better at zoning and sieging.

Most non jhin/kaisa/lucian adcs are complete trash atm, role is basically dead.

You can thank riot for 8.11, basically the adc genocide.
