Noxus research lab #16 Subject N-87

Name: unknown Age: unknown, estimated 23 years Gender: Male Height: 6 feet, 8 inches tall Weight: 190 pounds Visual description: Lean build, shoulder length black hair, red eyes. Bio: Before admittance to the facility, subject N-87 was a serial killer responsible for an estimated 57 deaths in the Noxian capital city. Subject N-87 exhibits aggressive behavior, seemingly analyses those around him, and often combines the two to cause havoc in the lab. To date, 6 custodians, 5 guards, and 1 therapist have died to him. He does not speak, though medical examinations show that he is capable.

I'm just going to start with his R R: Draw 3 second cooldown, no cost Draw: N-87 draws the Irridesium out of his bloodstream to create an ever-changing weapon, gaining 25 attack range and access to his weapon skills Toggled off: N-87 draws the Irridesium into his bloodstream again, gaining access to his unarmed skills.

Draw/Retract is available at level 1, and requires no points at any level. Skills do not share cooldowns between states. Buffs and passives in one form will NOT carry over into the other form.

Passive: Irridesium construct While unarmed: The Irridesium remains in N-87's bloodstream, increasesing his armor and magic resist by 10 (+0.1 bonus AD) While armed: N-87 converts 25% of the physical damage he deals into magic.

Q Armed: Daggers 10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown, 40 mana N-87 jumps to a target area, dealing 100/130/160/190/220 (+.4 bonus AD) physical damage to the all units in the area. If an enemy champion is within 400 range of him after using this skill, his next basic attack against that champion within 3 seconds will cause N-87 to charge to it from up to 450 units away.

Using this skill changes N-87's weapon into a pair of daggers, causing him to lose the attack range granted by his armed form in exchange for 15% armor and magic penetration.

Unarmed: Cold blooded 10 second cooldown, 40 mana Passive: N-87 erases his prescence, rendering him invisible to enemy champions more than 1500 units away. (This is not stealth. He can be seen by wards and minions. For example, N-87 kills the enemy Katarina. If they were at least 1500 units away from Kat's nearest allied unit or ward, then Katarina would be the only one on her team to have seen N-87) Active: For the next 6 seconds, 60/70/80/90/100% of the damage dealt to you is converted into physical damage, and all your magic resistance is converted into armor.

W Armed: Wire 10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown, 40 mana N-87 applies a tether to a target champion for 2 seconds. Should either party attempt to break that tether, both units take physical damage equal to 3.5% their maximum health and the enemy champion is pulled back within range of N-87.

Using this skill changes N-87's weapon into razor wire, causing his basic attacks to entangle his target for 1 second (individual units cannot be snared more than once every 6 seconds) (this is not a snare. Entangle is the CC type used by Amumu's ultimate).

Unarmed: Analysis 3 second cooldown, 20/15/10/5/0 mana per second toggle: Analyze all nearby champions, causing the remaining cooldowns of any unavailable abilities, summoner spells, and active items to be displayed above their health bar.

E Armed: Scythe 10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown, 40 mana N-87 swings his weapon around him, dealing 110/140/170/200/230 (+.6 bonus AD) physical damage in an area around him. Those struck by the outermost portion take full damage, and those struck by the inside take 50% damage, but are knocked up for 0.5 seconds.

Using this skill changes N-87's weapon into a scythe, causing his basic attacks to deal an additional 6.66% of his targets missing health as physical damage.

Unarmed: Mindgames 12/11/10/9/8 second cooldown, 50 mana Mark a target area for 6 seconds. While in the marked area, enemy champions will not be able to see changes in any health or resource bars (They could be at 1 HP and not know it, and champions like Anivia and Swain have no idea how much mana they have left)

In his armed form, N-87 is an AD assassin that is difficult to build against. While unarmed, N-87 is a durable stalker, bringing unique utility at the cost of having no offense, CC, or mobility in this form.

Reccomended build/playstyle

Pick him as a roam-heavy midlaner.

Builds should contain AD, attackspeed, CDR, Armor pen, and magic pen (with a splash or durability)

AD quints, Hybrid pen marks, Armor seals, 3 CDR/level glyphs and 6 MR glyphs 21/9/0, taking CDR in offense
