[Champion Concept] Zentrum, Servant of the Cosmos (support)

Zentrum is a short, cyan-skinned humanoid creature. He has no hair, and quite a feminine face. He floats slightly above the ground, wearing a long robe that reaches down to just below his feet. Zentrum's personality, like his face, is quite feminine: soft-spoken, gentle and caring. However, he is not afraid to put himself at risk to protect others. He reminds me somewhat of Kif Kroker from Futurama.

The idea behind Zentrum is an aggressive support champion that can aid every lane through extraordinary roaming capabilities. Some of the ways in which Zentrum can aid his allies are unlike anything in the game. A quick TL;DR of his kit:
Passive: When leaving a lane, Zentrum grants his ally passive health regen that scales with their maximum health.
Q: Marks enemies. The next basic attack declared by Zentrum or an ally consumes the mark, causing area-of-effect magic damage.
W: Grants Zentrum and allies moving towards him bonus movement speed, and detects nearby camouflaged enemy units.
E: Causes Zentrum to merge with a target champion. When cast on an ally, he absorbs their damage taken and grants them bonus movement speed. When cast on an enemy, he pacifies (disarms + silences) them and grants them damage reduction as compensation.
R: Zentrum may place two wormholes across the map, and warp between them.

##Passive: Cosmic Patron
Whenever Zentrum's been within 1000 range of an allied champion for at least 12 seconds, they gain the Patron buff (inactive). Once Zentrum leaves the allied champion's range, the Patron buff is activated, healing them by 15/20/25% (+5% per 100 AP) of their maximum health over 20 seconds. Taking damage from an enemy champion or turret reduces the buff's duration by 5 seconds.

##Q: New Destiny
Zentrum marks a target enemy within 800 units for 4 seconds. If Zentrum or an ally declares a basic attack against a marked enemy, the mark is consumed, causing them and enemies within 250 units of them to take 60/105/150/195/240 (+40% AP) magic damage.
Triggering the mark grants Zentrum 3/4/5/6/7% of his maximum health as health regen over 4 seconds. The amount of health to be restored is displayed as grey health. Upon taking direct damage from an enemy champion or turret, the health regen ends prematurely.
After losing their mark, units cannot be marked for another 8/7/6/5/4 seconds.

##W: Shooting Star
For 4 seconds, Zentrum and allies within 800 range moving towards him gain 10/15/20/25/30% bonus movement speed. While active, Zentrum detects (but does not reveal) camouflaged enemy units within his vision radius.

##E: Symbiosis
Zentrum morphs its physical body into pure energy to merge with a target allied or enemy champion within 400 units. The affected champion grows in size, glows with a bright white light, and gains a (de)buff.
While merged with an allied champion (up to 12 seconds), they gain 20/30/40/50/60 bonus movement speed and 50/55/60/65/70% damage reduction. Zentrum takes up to 210/280/350/420/490 (+10% (+3% per 100 AP) max health) of the pre-migitation damage their ally takes (reduced by his own resistances) before being ejected. This damage threshold is displayed below the target's mana bar, somewhat like Corki's new ult charge indicator. Being merged with an allied champion drains 10 mana per second, increased to 20 once 6 seconds have passed.
While merged with an enemy champion (up to 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5 seconds), they are pacified (disarmed + silenced) and gain 50/45/40/35/30% damage reduction. The duration is reduced by the target's tenacity, and Zentrum may be ejected by crowd control removal.
While merged, Zentrum's item passives are disabled, and he may not use item actives, declare movement commands, declare basic attacks, cast Serenity, or cast Wormhole. Recasting this ability while merged causes Zentrum to manually eject 300 units in direction of his cursor.

##R: Wormhole
Zentrum periodically stores up to 2 wormhole seeds, which may be opened up to 4000/5500/7000 units apart from each other across the map. If both are placed, Zentrum may warp between the wormholes, at the cost of mana, and provided that he hasn't been in combat for 5 seconds, and hasn't warped for 12 seconds.
Like Zz'Rot portals, wormholes may be destroyed by enemy champions' basic attacks. Casting this ability on a portal (globally) causes Zentrum to destroy it manually after a 1.5 second channel, allowing another portal to be placed.

Playing as Zentrum
- Plant your wormholes in unexpected places, to prevent them from being found and destroyed easily.
- Use Serenity to temporarily disable an enemy support or jungler from engaging in combat with your ally.
- Cancelling Serenity at the right time may make or break an engage. As soon as an ally applies crowd control to the pacified enemy, eject to remove the damage reduction. Make sure to not grant the enemy damage reduction against multi-hit passive triggers (such as Vel'Koz, Vayne, Ekko).
Playing against Zentrum
- Take advantage of Zentrum's absence when he is roaming. Harassing his lane partner limits the passive healing from Servant of the Cosmos.
- As a jungler, try to find and destroy Zentrum's wormhole(s) to greatly reduce his roaming potential.
- Disengaging as soon as Zentrum merges with an ally causes him to waste mana, and most likely cancel the ability, putting it on a long cooldown.

##Zentrum is strong against...

A well-timed Symbiosis cast will prevent Thresh from saving his ally from Zentrum's carry, or from disrupting the fight with his other abilities.
Casting Symbiosis on LeBlanc at the right time will prevent her from blinking back to safety with her W, leaving her exposed to crowd control and damage.

##Zentrum is weak against...
** ** ** **
Caitlyn's 90 Caliber Net allows her to disengage with ease. Because of her high attack range, harassing with New Destiny isn't the best idea either, as she will be able to counter-harass.
Quinn's got everything Zentrum should fear. With her Q, she can deny him vision of his ally, preventing him from interfering with Symbiosis. With her W, she can easily find Zentrum's Wormholes to severely limit his roaming potential. With her E, she can knock back Zentrum should he try to engage with Shooting Star.
Sona's got the heals and shields to counter Zentrum's harass, the poke to deny the health regen of Cosmic Patron and New Destiny's health regen, and the 2 second stun to entirely shut down Zentrum's engage.

##Zentrum synergizes well with...
** ** ** **
Marking enemies with New Destiny simultaneously marks them for Jhin's W root. After being rooted, Zentrum may lead Jhin to their target with Serenity, granting Jhin the necessary movement speed to get close. Merging through Symbiosis after the engage grants Jhin damage reduction and bonus movement speed to withdraw safely.
