How to rework Yasuo

Reduce the duration of his Wind Wall to 1 second max, and make the ability have a charge system like Vel'Koz' W. Since Yasuo is gonna get a (minor) rework anyway, I reckon this would have the least impact on his actual playstyle, yet make him a bit easier to play against.
