[Concept] Merchant themed champion
This idea is about a merchant themed champ, who already traveled around Runeterra to buy and sell stuffs. The road is never safe, so he learned to defend himself with anything he has in his inventory
Passive: Trader's journey A NPC will appear every few minutes in a random spot in the jungle (visible to the champion, if he doesn't deliver the item in 3 minutes, enemy team will be notified of the NPC's location) and asks for a certain item. If <champ> bring it to the NPC, the NPC will take the item and pay <champ> for 100+x% of item cost. Enemy team can scare the NPC by hitting it 3 times. -Max cost for item requested scales with time
Q: Jack of all trades, master of none First cast: Launches a magic projectile forward, dealing x (+0.2 AP)(+0.07 max mana)(+0.15 armor) magic damage. Has a small splash . Second cast: Shoots an arrow forward, dealing (+0.2 bonus AD)(+0.05 max health)(+0.15 MR). Can crit with (crit rate) chance. -Intended to synergize with sheen, because one of the most expensive item is built from sheen (trinity force) -Also intended to have very low scaling because any stat increase the damage
W: Unfair trade The champ jumps forward in excitement to make a deal with enemy champions. Rich enemies in an area will be excited too (charmed if the champion has more than x total gold), or terrified if they're poor(if less than x total gold) for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4s -x scales by level/game time -intended to be his main CC skill
E: Backpack smash! The champion slams his backpack to the ground, dealing x (+3% total item cost in inventory) physical damage in a small area in front of him and slowing enemies by 30% for 1s -intended to be a waveclear skill
R: Power of money! Consumes all gold in pocket and deals x(+y*gold in pocket) true damage to a target. If this champion dies, he loses x% of stored money (minimum of 200-500 gold left) -y is a multiplier, scales by level

W. In that enemy deaths will occasionally drop gold on the ground to be picked up, and when it is picked up by the champion or an ally, then they gain gold scaling off of the champions AP. Or maybe the champion can have an ult where he sacrifices 1000 gold to lay down 800(+40% Ability Power) gold to be picked up by anyone.
