(reworked) Passive: Soul Eater

Against targets under half health, Nasus deals an additional 10-15% of his premitigation damage as bonus true damage and heals an equal amount.

Nasus' first basic attack against an enemy champion brought to this threshold will steal 16-112 maximum health and 5/10/15 base movement speed from them. Nasus cannot steal multiple stat instances from the same champion, but can steal stats from multiple champions at once. Stats are returned if Nasus dies or leaves combat.

For each stack of Soul Eater that Nasus currently has, he gains 5% size and tenacity.

Q: Siphoning Strike Base damage changed from 30/50/70/90/110 to 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% max HP. (New): Siphoning Strike grants double healing from Soul Eater against champions. (New): Siphoning Strike steals 5 movement speed for 1.5 seconds. Every 90 stacks increases this value by 10 movement speed.

(reworked) W: Wither 15 second CD, 50 mana plus 35 per second. Nasus channels on a target enemy, retaining his ability to move normally but not to attack or cast other spells. The target has their attack speed reduced by 30%, their armor reduced by 15/20/25/30/35%, and their movement speed reduced by 20%.

For each second Nasus channels, his target loses additional movement speed, up to a maximum of a 35/50/65/80/95% slow after 3.5 seconds of channeling.

If you stun Nasus or open a gap of at least 650 units, the channel will break. Nasus can also manually break the channel by reactivating Wither.

If it reaches maximum intensity, Wither will linger for 1.5 seconds after Nasus breaks the channel.

(New) E: Spirit Burn 18 second CD, 55 mana Nasus curses a target unit for 3 seconds. Ally Cast: The target takes magic damage equal to 15% of the damage taken by allies within 250 units (including themself, but not including damage stemmed from Spirit Burn). At the end of the duration, they are healed for 112/124/136/148/160% of the bonus damage they had taken from Spirit Burn. Enemy Cast: All enemies within 250 units of the target take damage equal to 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% of the damage that their allies within that radius output to Nasus' side. Damaging Nasus' minions will only cause minions to take damage.

R: Fury of the Sands (Removed) No longer reduces the CD of Siphoning Strike. (Removed) No longer grants gradually increasing resistances (New) For the duration, Nasus does not pause movement to basic attack. (New) For the duration, Nasus gains the healing from Soul Eater against all targets, though the damage portion is still locked behind the HP threshold.
