[IDEA]Support-Item Upgrades (Ex. Redemption Full, Ardent Censor Full, Red Sightstone)

Support items are cheaper than normal items, due to the limited income of supports. They are designed to offer more team utility at a reasonable price.

But should support items get a final upgrade? The current final items can cost <1000gold from carry type items, so I feel like there is room to improve them slightly. I would want something like http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/x464/TFJ-Account/Redemption2.0.png This came up recently because in a game I completed 6 items (and I was still behind on the gold graph). I know this is a problem for every champion, but since support items are cheaper I was wondering if they could get a small boost. Not the active or anything. Maybe just a few extra stats at an unbalanced price point. Something to funnel the spare gold into but nothing you or any other class would want to rush. Kind of like Red Sightstone, you often won't rush that when you need other items first.

Some people will say Redemption, Ardent Censor, Locket are already overused or strong.
