Aldin, The Story Weaver Weapon: Control Bar
Overview: Aldin is a support/mage who uses his art as a weapon relying on placement of his puppets as well as his strong magic from the blue fae spirit to destroy his opponents with his wooden weapons. Many of the League Of Legend's members have come to find him a warm person through his stories, but without his puppets he is a little eerie and fearsome.
Lore: Aldin Geppetto was a man of many stories but no emotions. Ever since the passing of his siblings due to the heavy poverty his family faced when he was a child, Aldin had failed to show many feelings. With an impressive skill for story telling and puppetry he enthralled many people he encountered through his travels. Aldin even managed to impress a beautiful woman whom he made his home with, settling down at the base of the Sablestone Mountains, close to Bandle City. Aldin had built a beautiful home near a trade route where he entertained his his two young children and the many weary travelers that passed his home.
Aldin and his wife had unknowingly placed their home close to the Glade, an enchanted forest where many mysterious things have been known to happen, but Aldin felt no worry from it, despite hearing of a young yordle girl vanishing into the Glade. One day, after a group of passing travelers had left upon hearing the ending of one of Aldin's enthralling stories, a small, blue fae spirit began wandering around Aldin's puppet collection. Excited and entranced by Aldin's story, the fae spirit struck up a friendship with him and his family, visiting often to hear Aldin's many stories.
One night while gathering firewood for his family with the fae spirit lighiting his way, Aldin heard a loud cry coming from his home which prompted him and the fae to stop their actions and run to the home as fast as possible. On arrival Aldin watched as a group of bandits pillaged his house and brutally murdered his family. Once the bandits noticed him they laughed at the scared man as he trembled in fear, but the blue fae spirit, enraged at the loss of its friends, used its power to enchant Aldin and his control bar which he used to tell his fabulous stories. With the blue magic at hand, Aldin cast a spell with every emotion of the love and loss he ever kept inside and from the shattered remains of his puppets formed a gigantic marionette that dwarfed the fearsome marauders. With his powerful magic and his heavy tears flowing the now widowed man crushed his foes in a fit of rage.
Ever since that tragic night Aldin and the blue fae had become one and with his powers he vowed to protect the innocent. Aldin hatred for evil, however, had driven him mad. His intensely beautiful craft had become a weapon, and only a weapon. Aldin's stories used to entertain with his puppets, but his puppets had also become much too strong. Defeating enemies in a few motions with his puppets Aldin knew that his simple days with the family he loved so much were gone, and so Aldin made his way to the Institute of War where he joined the League of Legends with the hopes that both his story and the stories of others could be told while he fights for the safety of all good in the world.

Passive- Enthralled: Aldin's puppets will take aggro from enemy nearby minions/monsters for 4 seconds upon being wielded. This effect will not work twice on the same target.
Q - Story Teller/Control Bar: Aldin switches between wielding his puppets or letting them fall on the ground. While Story Teller is active, his two puppets will attack with an attack range of 150 while increasing his armor and magic resist. Aldin can switch to Control Bar which allows him to fire bursts of energy, increasing his range by 300 (450 total) Bonus Armor/Magic Resist: 5/15/25/35/45 Cooldown: 3 seconds
W - Splinter: Aldin's puppets explode at their current location splintering out and causing wounds, dealing magic damage over time based on the percentage of the target's missing health. This forces Aldin into Control Bar for two seconds while the puppets return to him.
Cost: 60/70/75/80/90 Mana Attack Type: Area of Effect Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 Initial Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 Bleed: (3/4/5/6/7% of enemy's missing health as magic damage)
E - Entertain: Aldin lashes out forward with both of his control bars dealing physical damage followed by a brief stun if he is using Story Teller . If Aldin is instead using Control Bar he will entangle the enemy instead and deal magic damage.
Cost: 80 at all levels Type Of Attack: Two skillshots at once, coming from each of Aldin's hands both aimed at the cursor. Can hit one or two enemies. Cooldown: 12 Damage: 30/45/60/75/90 (+50%AP) / (+100%AD) Depending on his weapon. Entangle/Snare: 1.5 seconds
R - Final Act: Aldin gives 25% of his current health to summon the colossal marionette, knocking up enemies at the spot he is summoned knocks back all enemies at his landing location in front of Aldin. While the colossal marionette is on the field his usual puppets are replaced by this puppet. Unlike the other puppets this one has a health bar and can be destroyed. All of Aldin's skill except his Q have an increase of 100 range and 20% damage during Final Act. After one minute or Colossal's destruction Aldin will return to empty control bars and cannot summon his puppets back for 15 seconds. If Colossal is destroyed Aldin will not be able to change to Story Teller for an extra 5 seconds.
This ult is not like summoning tibbers, you cannot control it differently from your regular puppets/weapons, but it can still be destroyed/smited/targeted Cost: 25% Current HP/100 Mana Cooldown: 130/110/90 Colossal's Health: 1000/1500/2000 His armor and magic resist are shared with Aldin.

Closing: I'm bringing back this creation of mine from the archives with a few edits. I really love puppetry and marionettes but I kinda despise the whole idea of "the puppet master" or someone who controls people with his strings. This character is based off a mixture of Gepetto and the Blue Fairy placed into the lore of League of Legends. I worked pretty hard on this and I'd love some input input on all aspects of it. I'd love to post some concept art, but I get more discouraged than not when drawing, so I'll see what happens. Thank you for taking the time to read! I hope to see some of you on the battlefield!
