Why is there no special interaction between Taric and Ezzi-Boy?

I mean, cmone, that ship has been around so long, its basically canon by now.

Even RIOT kinda confirmed it in the Armor of the fifth age (aka Tarics only skin) Splashart. I mean, look at the way hes looking at Ezzi here, is there any doubt that he is up for some smashing later? (10 Minutes into Botlane and Chill and he gives you that look)

So why is there no interaction or a hidden passive when Taric and Ezreal meet?
