I like it, the belly/torso could be a bit chubbier, legs are cool, butt seems to hang a bit low and he looks a bit scarier than should

that's being critical though, you show promise given you're getting back into drawing, keep at it.

I bet it would look awsome if you added clean line work and color to it.
