This top lane Viktor shit with Klepto is fucking impossible to beat, I just played against one where he built item 3025 item 3001 item 3047 item 3116 item 3198 and he legit would not die at all.

Yet again, the nerf they did doesn't really touch tank Viktor, it just made his mid even weaker. The issue with tank Viktor is the play style the items open up, it changes him completely and makes him way easier to play well.

I think IBG for ranged champions and his mana scaling on Q need to be changed. As a mid lane Viktor main who doesn't play the tank build with Clepto I'd rather not see him simply lose power again.
