[Champion Concept of a Champion Concept] Sildur, the Bender of Space and Time

First of all, I’d like to address the fact that this concept was not originally mine, and that this idea was taken from [http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/L3fHpbul-league-of-legends-needs-more-noxus], so credit to ZhaoYun (cool name btw). I am just taking a spin at a kit for one of his proposals. ZhaoYun described Sildur as…

“A Genius. Wants to see the effects of his untested magic on Demacians. Mage / Mid laner. Secondary Skin: Grimreaper Sildur. Has a skill that summons… wait for it… Jarvan the 1st.”

Sadly, I won’t be covering that last awesome part, concerning Jarvan the 1st, but I will be going over some parts of it that really gives him his character. So, without further ado,

Sildur, the Bender of Space and Time

(Also, the picture is not mine, source is unknown) Okay, so let me say now that the concept is incomplete and that I am very indecisive about his kit, so I will provide 2 possibilities for some spells. I am also very open to feedback and such.

Passive Idea 1: Shadow Step Every 9 seconds, Sildur takes no damage from an auto attack and gain 10/15/20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. Reduced by 1 second for every auto attack.

Philosophy: Gives Sildur a sense of slippery-ness when in combat.

Passive Idea 2: Shadowless Fracture If an enemy champion does not have vision of Sildur while Sildur has vision of them within 700 range, Sildur will not be visible to that specific champion for 1.5 seconds. 5 second cooldown per champion.

Philosophy: Gives Sildur a way to sneak-attack, and requires communication

Q: Quantum Shadows Deals damage in a small area, leaving a Dimensional Fissure that lasts 4 seconds.. This spell is on a charge system, with 2 charges max. If two Dimensional Fissures and put within a 200 unit range vicinity of each other, it will create a Black Hole. Black Holes slow and deal damage. If two Dimensional Fissures are put anywhere out that range, they become wormholes. Wormholes provide one-time usage for any champions. Wormholes can be walked through, and be used basically as tunnels. Damage: 55/70/95/110/125 +25% AP Black Hole: Deals damage and slows in a 300 unit radius. Any minions in that range are sucked into the Black Hole itself and takes 200% damage. Black Hole damage: 30/50/70/90/110 per second Black Hole duration: 2 seconds Slow amount: 30% for 2 seconds Mana: 50 Cooldown: 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 seconds Charge time: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 per charge Charge max: 2

Philosophy: I believe that this spell separates Sildur from other mages because of how abstract it is. It has double effects, so it can mess with the opponents mind. It can be used to put an enemy in a bad spot (wormhole) or get out of one (wormhole), or at least have good clear and AoE in a teamfight.

W: Twisted Distortion Throws a distorted shadow in a line, dealing damage to the first enemy it hits. If it hits an enemy champion, deal damage. This spell can make contact with other projectiles. If this spell hits a projectile, destroy both projectiles and deal damage in an area. Damage: 30/40/50 +65% AP Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 Mana

Philosophy: This spell is very powerful but has low base scaling, high CD, and high Mana cost. It can also be countered with an auto attack or spell that you are willing to not have (i.e low cd spell)

E: Time Fissure Sildur can target himself or an enemy champion to be marked by Time Fissure for 2 seconds. During these 2 seconds, Sildur can reactivate the spell to bring that target back to the original spot where it was where the target was when it was marked by Time Fissure. Cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 Cost: 135 Mana

Philosophy: This spell bends space and time, and can open up opportunities for Sildur to jump in with Wormhole and pop out, or to have a big figure such as a tank to be zapped back into their place, or to keep a fleeing squishy from escaping.

R Idea 1: The Apple Rising Sildur reverses gravity, knocking up all enemy units within 575 units of range for 1.5 seconds. Afterwards, Sildur smashes them back onto the ground, dealing immense damage. Damage: 100/120/140 +75% AP Cooldown: 119/87/55 Cost: 100 Mana

Philosophy: This gives Sildur a huge teamfight edge, but also forces Sildur to have to get in to be useful.

R Idea 2: March of the Tesseract Sildur traverses a different universe momentarily, mimicking the area of the land, but without any terrain within 1050 units. This means that Sildur can walk through terrain where others could not. All other spells here will have a slightly different effect. Duration: 4/5/6 seconds Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds Cost: 100/110/120 mana Quantum Shadows: All Dimension Fissures are Wormholes and Black Holes. Twisted Distortion: Now a circular area instead of a straight line. If this hits a Dimension Fissure, split in 4 directions as straight lines, but reduced damage. Time Fissure: Slows down an entire enemy champion, everything concerning its health regen, attack speed, movement speed, projectile speed, etc by 50% for 2 seconds.

Philosophy: Gives Sildur strong god-like state of power where he can bend everything to his will and he can do many obscure things where no other champion can.
