[Champion Concept] Timorites, the Puppet Master
Name:Timorites, the Puppet Master (Tim-Or-It-Eez) Race: Yordle Role: Mage Has 2 Puppets, one name Cari the Raccoon, who has a mask black over his face, and a club to hit with. Also, Peri the Bear, who has undersized feet and a red scarf.
Passive: Cursed Hand Whenever a puppet is active, both the puppet and Timorites deal an extra (3*champion)+(30% AP) + 7 damage on-hit. (This applies to Timorites and both of his puppets. Ex: Spellblade)
Puppets deal (20% of your AP) + (7*champion level) per hit. Puppets can be targeted, and be hit, in which they are stunned for an amount of time, and interupts their actions. Return: This unit is returning to Timorites and is untargetable.
Q: Deploy: Cari Timorites sends out Cari the Raccoon to attack (counting as auto attacks) 3 times in an area, having a travel time to the destination. This spell can be canceled early to reduce the cooldown per remaining hit. At the end of this spell, or after canceling, Cari is given Return. Cari is stunned for 1 second after 1 hit. This can happen every 3 seconds. Cari's auto-attacks slow by 20% for 1 second per hit. Damage Per Hit: 20/30/40/60/80 +20% AP Cari's Attack Speed: 1.5/second Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5 seconds. Cancel Cooldown Reduction (per remaining hit): 3 seconds. Cost: 3% of current health
W: Deploy: Peri Timorites sends out Peri the Bear to jump in and deal damage, shielding per enemy hit. If this shield is broken, polymorph the unit that broke the shield. Return this unit at the end of the spell. Cari is stunned for 2 seconds after 3 hits. This can happen every 4 seconds. Peri's auto attacks against polymorphed units stun them for 1 second. Damage: 65/90/115/140/165 +35% AP Shield: 16/20/24/28/32 per unit hit. Polymorph: Reduce movement speed by a flat 50/55/60/65/70, and prevent the target from using basic attacks and spells for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 11 seconds Cost: 4% of current health
E: Voodoo Burn Destroy a targeted Puppet where it is, healing and dealing damage in an area over 3 seconds. The Puppet's respective spell cannot be used at this time. This spell can be reactivated to make the remaining Puppet retrieve the Puppet's soul, using the respective spell to do so. After 2 seconds, the destroyed Puppet is reanimated. Damage: 60/95/130/165/200 + 40% AP total damage. Heal: 40% of damage dealt. Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds. Cost: No cost
R: Awaken Timorites controls all Puppets for 3 seconds. Alt + Click controls Peri, and pressing R while hovering the mouse will control Cari. You start with this spell. Cooldown:12/9/6 seconds Cost: 7% of missing health
