Appearance: Broody Judge, wears robes and ties his hair in a pony tail. Carries a staff of corruption. Tattoos like ryze but less tribal and more warrior imposed.

Lore: He is the silent guardian, A shadow to Caitlyn but more than a whisper. He takes pride in being unobserved, but now and then he demonstrates just how persistent and swaying he is.

Passive: Law and Order - When Haeden takes damage from any source it is taxed. When Haeden delivers damaged the built up interest discharges onto the enemies, reaping gold from their reserves (interest builds up, capable of reaping 400 gold from a single target)

Q: Appeal: Gains damage the more interest the enemy has racked up, Line skill shot that stuns at the beginning and end for .5 seconds. Enemies hit by the middle of the line are illuminated

W: Judge - active Shield that grows as the enemies interest racks up (minimum 400) if the enemy fails to break it within 4 seconds Haeden is granted a speed buff that also grows as interest racks up (minimum 10 percent)

E: Conspiracy - Flies towards the sky becoming invulnerable and then slams down into the ground knocking enemies upwards for 1 second.

R: Subpoena! - A massive 1/2/3 second charm (like a galio ult but 3 times the radius in a cone) deals no damage but illuminates enemies for the duration and Conspiracy can be used to blink towards a selected target
