Unall, the Dragon Hunter (Please forgive the generic title, I am really bad with names)
Lore Snippet: Unall is a young yordle who was abandoned in Noxus as a young child. Being a small yordle in a society so obsessed with strength really got to his head, so he went on a journey to set himself apart from the crowd. On his journey, he found a gaping chasm on the outskirts of Zaun. Within this chasm, he found a sleeping dragon; easily half the size of the Noxian Capital. He knew that this was his chance to prove his worth. He took his sharpened wire and went to work, preparing the cave for a battle. Several hours later, the cavern was laiden with these traps, and Unall charged the dragon. He was too weak to deal any serious damage to it himself, but he was too nimble for the dragon to do any serious damage to him. Eventually, the drake took one careless step, and one of its claws was cut off. Realizing that there may be many more traps like it, the Dragon opted to abandon his keep; blowing the entire place to smithereens to free himself before flying away through the falling stones and wire. Unall survived the blast by hiding under the dragons claw, which was, surprisingly, extremely durable. Unall dragged the claw and some scraps of dragonhide with him back to Noxus, much to the shock of all those there. Unfortunatley for Unall, a dragon does not drop its grudges. The king of dragons has tracked down Unall, but knows from experience that a head-on fight would be pointless. The dragon king lies in wait, waiting for a moment of weakness, waiting for him to drop his guard, waiting for an oppurtunity to take his revenge.
Description: A skinny yordle cloaked in dragonhide, wielding a sword of sorts, fashioned out of a dragons talon. Unall is a glass cannon carry jungler, using the sheer size of his weapon (and a REALLY angry dragon) to wreak havoc on the enemy.
Range: 225 (melee. Long ranged for a melee because of the size of his weapon) AD: 80-170 Attack Speed: 0.458-0.680 HP: 550-1850 HP5: 7-20 Armor: 27-80 MR: 30-48 Movement speed: 325 Resource: Energy (standard pool)
(Passive) Talon of the Dragon King "Unall wields a talon he cut off of the king of dragons; a mighty weapon, but one that he is not quite strong enough to weild properly." Unall has very high base AD, but very low base attack speed, and his basic attacks deal 25% bonus true damage. Basic attacks drain 15 energy each, but killing a unit with any source of damage refunds that energy costs and restores 15 energy.
(Q) Momentous Strike 6 second cooldown, 60 energy "Unall may be unable to weild his weapon as a proper swor Unall's next basic attack will cause him to follow through. After the attack, he will swing his blade around himself to strike the target a second time after .2 seconds, traveling up to 700 units to do so. This strike deals 20/30/40/50/60% bonus damage, and will deal half damage to units he passes through.
(W) Throw your weight around 15/13/11/9/7 second cooldown, 90 energy "Unall's weapon weighs several times more than himself. This is something he can use to his advantage" (Passive) Unall swings his weapon around him as he walks, causing it to gain force on his next attack, up to (10 per level) (+.2 bonus AD) bonus physical damage after 10 seconds of movement. Stopping movement for 3 seconds causes Unall to stop swinging his weapon, dropping the buff. (Active) Unall channels for 1.5 seconds to throw his weapon in a target direction, but unless he double taps the spell, he will not let go, instead traveling with his weapon. The talon passes through all units until it hits terrain (up to 800 units), dealing 120/140/160/180/200 (+.5 bonus AD) physical damage to them and carrying them with him to his final destination.
(E) Razor Trap 8 second recharge, (6 charges max). 1 second cooldown between placement.Costs 1 charge. "Sharp enough to slice through dragonhide, one could easily find one of these slicing through their shins." Unall places a stake at a target location (either ground or terrain), lasting 1 minute. If two stakes are within 600 range of eachother, Unall will lash a length of razor wire between them. Stakes and wire are fully visable to enemies, but are difficult to see (stakes are dark brown and small, wires are a slight silver gleam). If a champion steps on a stake, it and any wires it is directly attached to will be destroyed. If both stakes are on the ground, the wire will be at shin level. When walked through, it will deal 100/110/120/130/140 (+.2 bonus AD) physical damage (pierces 25% armor), snare the target for .5 seconds, and slow them by 50% for 3 seconds. If both stakes are on terrain, the wire will be placed at neck level. When walked through, it will deal 50% more damage than a shin level wire, but will not apply the disables. Neck level wires cannot be stepped on by units of insufficient size (Minions, small monsters, Veigar, etc). If one stake is on terrain and the other is on the ground, the half closest to the terrain wire will be neck level, while the ground level
(R) Poke the King 140/120/100 second cooldown, no cost. "Unall has always had a knack for bringing people to rage. Somehow, this skill has become annoying enough to provoke even dragons who have lived for thousands of years." Unall provokes the Dragon King to attack him. It flies from the closest edge of the map at blinding speed to strike an Unalls location, breathing a blast of Fire at Unall. As a result, all units around Unall (except Unall) take 200/300/400 (+.7 AP) magic damage over 3 seconds. After this, it makes a second pass towards the location it came from, striking with its remaining talons to deal (1.1 total AD/ 1.3 total AD/ 1.5 total AD) physical damage to all targets it strikes on the way to the edge of the map, dragging them 600 units, which can bring them through terrain.

(Joke) "Think you could talk to my friend over there, get him to leave me alone? No, not him. I mean THAT one. About seven miles off, probably spying on me from behind a mountain."
