I have a sneaking suspition that Jinx's sister uses a hammer!!

In one of the new skin splash academy art if you look in the hall in the you see 2 figures. One of them obviously a female has what looks like a hammer. The other is a man. NOW I could be wrong soo I doubt that an artist just took the initiative to add in random people...Because that's a lot of work. So is it possible that it could be her sister?
