Q - Bait - Pally throws some meat, any enemies near the meat are charmed for 1 second, if they reach the meat they eat it and are poisoned for x over 5 seconds

W - Ampersand - Pally runs in random directions hysterically for 3 seconds (like he's feared but at 200 percent speed), during this run, he's immune to all damage, when the run ends the aoe around him is stunned for x damage

E - Switch - Pally can trade places with allies, granting them general buffs and immunity for 1 second. buffs get bigger the more it's leveled

R - IM NOT INSANE!! - Pally Fears the map globally for .5 seconds, then launches a controlled rocket that can be steered like a sion ult the rocket gains speed as it travels, hitting enemies with it does x damage and fears them again for .5 seconds
