SSW Skins confirmed?

So I was reading a link from a while ago saying that the members of SSW had told Riot who they wanted for their team skins?

Looper: Singed OR Kassadin Dandy: Rengar Pawn: Talon Imp: Twitch Mata: Thresh

First off is this like well known knowledge now? Or was it just a speculation based on what they said their favorite champs were?

Secondly, I remember how Faker said he wanted an Ahri skin but they gave him Zed due to him being more relatable as well as Popstar Ahri already planned for a release around the same time. And apparently Fnatic was surprised by their team skins entirely, so I doubt they were asked who they wanted to have a their team skin lol So even if that list is true, is there any real way of knowing what the skins will be in the end at all?

Threah and Twitch are the questionable champs in this case. I figured at the end of worlds with IMP leading his team, "oh, a twitch skin will be released, it'll be nice to see white color textures instead of the green poison (similar to the change on signed with his snowdown skin.)

Then I realized as I read your post, pickpocket twitch was recently released and bloodmoon thresh will be released soon.

So I do not know what Riot's plan is for this. I do feel that out of the champions that SSW had played throughout worlds, Twitch is most deserving to be included into a theme followed up by rengar.

I do hope that twitch gets included.
