Kick from Lobby

Can we have a kick from lobby option for people who openly admit to trolling in champ select. I'm not really talking a normal game cause it happens and its not as high stakes but in a ranked lobby when someone openly admits they will troll and picks a troll champ for a role can we make a system where the team can ban together and remove them so that none of us have to either dodge and lose lp ourselves for the troll or play an entire game and lose because of that person.
