I dont know if anyone mentioned it here yet but its Soul Hunter Kayn, for the Soulstealer skinline.
Itll most likely be a skin showing he has a good side or something of the sort. Like how we got Crystal Blight Varus and Justicar Aatrox.

The skin is named Soul Hunter and looks like a reference to Bloodborne as a Shadow Assassin and the classic "Soul-thing" skins of LoL for the Rhaast form.
I really want to see Arcade Kayn tho.

I personally want either to a power-ranger based skin (which could be loosely based on the original MMPR Green and White ranger) or a project/ mecha skin for Kayn. I'm still down for a Christmas themed skin for Kayn, but I REALLY want one of those two ideas to become an actual Kayn skin, but pls dear god Riot, don't make a star-guardian skin for him. (I may still buy it anyway)
I can really see him in a darkstar, bloodmoon and Dragonslayer skin sets, I think that would be sick.

Cyborg working with Zed under Viktor. Shadow Assassin form would be a slimmer, fully robotic armored version (like PROJECT: Zed). Rhaast in this case would be a virus infecting his systems. Darkin form would be a heavily armored Mecha-esque vaguely demonic looking version with the virus running throughout the areas where the plates meet.
Shadow Robot Kayn would have white colored energy (because we haven't had any white power PROJECT skins as of yet).
Darkin Virus Rhaast would have purple (because we haven't had a purple PROJECT skin yet).
Nuff said. I'd draw up the concept but I'm too lazy and don't do gud with PROJECT skins save for PROJECT Zed.
Are we forgetting Kayne Highwind? It'd be a fun little nod right?
