While I enjoyed Taliyah's short little video, I do have a lore concern. Someone explain how Taliyah is going to make it to Shurima without encountering Rek'sai. In Rek'sais lore it explains how people would go hundreds of miles out of their way to avoid running into her, yet Taliyah is clearly going directly in a straight line to Shurima. She isnt flying so Rek should certainly be able to sense Taliyah moving through her killing grounds. Anyone have any theories?
Easy. Rek'Sai live in the Sai, which is in southern Shurima. Taliyah went to the Freljord and then went south to get to Shurima, as such she went through northern and central Shurima to reach the capital. As such she would've missed Rek'Sai by hundreds of miles.
Rek'Sai inhabits "The Sai" it is a particularly harsh desert of loose broken rock but it doesn't even cover a 1/8 of Shurima. The Sai is one of the largest deserts but it's bordered by several other deserts and dried lakes.
