The problem with that is its to easy to make a smurf, after the ban hammer they just dropped they dont want the same garbage from a smurf that they spent a few hours to make just to troll.

this shit is really getting out of hand. a couple days ago it was just lvl 10 requirement to post. i thought myself, ok. this is anoying, but ill play a couple arams to get those 3 levels.

It is a good move if you want to post elsewhere until you play your smurf up to level, your allowed..it discourages people from making new accounts just to post garbage.
If you are Actually new and it's your 1st account you can wait a bit to post there (GD) and if it isn't then you can ask yourself..."why don't I post this on my main?" If the answer is because you don't want a ban then the system works...
Sorry to all for being so straight forward about this !! I feel like it should be known why I believe Riot changed the posting limit.
Thing is mate, I've posted on my main for literally years until the NA server lag for east coasters got so bad that I had to swap to LAN for a decent connection and I can no longer post using it.
Sorry about that !! I got lag so bad I can even play :) In your case, it does kinda suck I admit :(
EDIT: Still it's a start for Riot to clean up the endless smurf spammers and that's the point. I guess if they could check it out for you and find out all you say is true then I wish you luck on that.
