Any reason for Riot not to give us champion avatar icons?

Its a pretty easy thing to add

and u can even ask RP for it if add extra icons of the champion skins too

Like for 250 RP I unlock a veigar icon and icons of every skin veigar has..

meh I can dream at least...

Just give us the skin icons when we buy it, and the default for mastery.
