Lore forum?

Just curious by the lack of a Lore/Roleplay/Fan Fiction subforum. While the last (Fiction) can be categorized under Fan Creations, Lore/Roleplay is kinda absent and makes it difficult to talk about champion rumors, interactions, etc.

Of course there is! It's all in the journ-oh wait.

That being said, as a casual writer I can't imagine keeping up good, evolving lore in such a static environment that Runterra creates. None of the champs can die (at least permanently) they can't change personalities or resolve large conflicts.....

Sure there are other ways, but I can understand why the Lore team has such a challenge. But I'll always eagerly wait for more.

I've always considered RP more of a game within itself, and would place it under Memes & Games. Miscellaneous if nothing else.

But if there's enough of interest to give it its own sub-community, then I agree all the way.

RP wholly depends on the subject matter. Most roleplay I've encountered falls under A.) An epic story told with several characters or B.) Romance bordering on/pretty much being smut. While it can definitely be a game, most role play tends to be more akin to writing/story than a game itself.

You're right, I should clarify a bit. I consider the act of RP (that is, the development of a story) a forum game in and of itself. RP dialogues that go on for extended periods will eventually reach borderline collaborative fan fiction, which would then be interpreted as a Fan Creation.

I think you could arguably place them in either of the Sub-Cs, depending on whichever you felt it leaned closer towards.

There isn't much lore stuff to talk about when the only improvement have been Vel'Koz lore (which in my opinion is the worst of all).

They are wasting so much potential having so many skins to make lore related stuff like Ahri being a Pop Star or the whole Battlecast war of Viktor, and i miss a lot of lore-related skins like the Pentakill band or Swain becoming the leader of Noxus (Tyrant Swain), and now that they removed JoJ from the client, i think is safe to say the Lore is dead.

I mean just look at Nami, she has no reason to join League of Legends, and we don't even know if she made any progress, is just safe to assume that her people will eventually die while she wastes time fighting in the Fields of Justice.
