Stop letting people vote on a thread without even clicking on it...

How do you even know what its about untill you read some of whats inside?

If the title says something like "fuk u rito" or it is very clearly not in the right place, I don't want to have to click into the thread just to downvote it and leave. For me, at least, I vote from outside threads pretty frequently and very rarely have any need to change that vote when I read the threads in their entirety.

You can read part of the thread by hovering over the title. For some one-liner threads, you can read the whole post like that.
