[C&C] Humble request to turn off voting from the list in Concepts & Creations

A while back one needed to actually venture into a post to up or downvote it. Today you can vote from the list in an attempt (iirc) to spur more voting in general.

To be blunt, content in Concepts & Creations are generally hurt by this simply due to the fact that the title alone is usually such a small portion of the content itself. Skins, champ concepts, item mode ideas and anything in between are usually very dense posts and are therefore usually desperate for upvotes in a board that is plagued by regular downvote streaks from the list.

I regularly find the entire board downvoted to -2 or even -3 in an instant and I feel forcing people to visit the post before voting would slow these downvote brigades enough to possibly get them to stop sooner than the entire first page.
