Boards - still missing one

If I want to make a thread about the tribunal, where do I put it? What about Team Builder? What if I want to QQ more about east coast servers?

There's not a good board right now for any of that stuff, and leaving up to Misc is not a good long-term solution. I think we need just one more board, Infrastructure/Systems.

I'm aware that isn't a great name, but I couldn't think of anything better. Ideas?
