EUW problems

I have problems from the EUW side of the forum: it does not allow me to upvote other comments. It asks me to log in but then nothing happens.

This problem was partly solved because before it could not let me upvote posts, thing that now is possible while on a board but not while in the specific thread. I also know that this problem is already under investigation, but i wanted to post this in order to make present that the problem is still live, so Techs and other forumspeople are more aware.

EDIT: some key points i want to repeat for the techs 1- Upvote button for comments does not only ask you to log in but also not works 2- Upvote button for threads does not work while viewing the thread,* but does while upvoting * on the board view ( or how' s called, the page where you see listed all the threads )

So far, all is fine! :D I will try next with Chrome too, but looking at other reports seems all fine!

Wanted to provide you with a screen but something went wrong... so have none. But there is not much to see.

It only shows that i am loged in, as soon as I press the votebutton on a post the login window popsout. Thats all

Using Chrome, on Win7 64bit

Clearing the Cache and Cookies resolved the problem (for now) Until now i can not tell what it takes to reproduce this bug, it seems to appear random.

Hi! I attached the screenshot, but there is very few to see. In the upper right corner you can see that i am logged in, while it still requires me to log in in order to upvote. But, as i told before, the comment does not get upvoted while i can still comment.

The browser is Mozilla Firefox and OS is Windows 8.1 64 bit

EDIT 1: I want to add that i cleared cache too, still happens. Maybe i waited too much before trying again. I try to clear cache again and see what happens EDIT 2: cleared cache, still gives problems :<

Just remebered, I have some aditional Info you might want to hear.

So when i tested it earlyer, i even tried with my NA account from the old times where there were no beta boards for EU and NA to share. The bug occured on the NA account aswell.

I figuered, it might be some problem with one of the cookies. The cookies for the old board seem to interfere with the ones for the beta board. Everytime i am checking for some topics on the beta boards I have to make sure I'm still on te german boards, So this is a probplem I have encountered for years now. Everytime I use the red tracker and read something on a board other than the german, I have to make sure i readjust the regional settings for the site. Because it puts me in EUW (ENG) on default.

So its just a wild guess, but maybe there is something blocking us to vote because the servers are not sure who we are, because we are logged in on an account registered to one of the regions but somehow posting on another, where we normaly would have to use another account.

Little side note, every day i start my PC and go to the lol site it gives me another regional setting somtimes spain sometimes Eng sometimes french :D But i guess this has nothing to do with the new beta boards. So nvm.

This has been mentioned quite a few times over the last week, I'm actually surprised it hasn't been confirmed as a known bug yet.

Shhhhhh... EUW never existed. There's no problem. You have seen nothing.

Jokes aside, EUW has not a Help and Support section here in the boards, so I guess this bug will remain until the help section in the boards will be opened to 2nd-hand-low-tier summoners too.

Sorry, I was excited! I fixed it last night, turned out to be a race condition in the way we load our javascript that was only occurring for some people, on Firefox, usually on Windows. Really weird one!
