The Way the Attachments worked in the old Boards

Back in the day we would make a league of legends comic with champion icons by using attachments and placing them in the right spot to make a nice readable League of legends comic

But on these boards we can only copy the link of a picture that's on a out side website instead of using attachments here on the boards

I can upload attachments but if I place them somewhere in my post, I can cannot see the attachment at all.. Is it just me or does everyone suffer this?

And will this be fixed one day or can it simply not be done? If it cannot be done for unknown reasons then I can accept that And I wont complain about this subject anymore
