Adding a block button and private message function to LoL's boards

A block button blocks all the posts and private messages from a user. Self explanatory. Instead of deleting posts that are considered "low effort" but not offensive, users can now block the meme posters and low effort posters if they don't want to see this content.

Adding private messages allows users to settle personal discussions without bothering everyone else on the boards. It also allows people from one region (example, NA) to message people from another region (for example EUW or RU) which can't be done on in-game chat. There were certain threads where the topic of discussion literally only affected 2 people (it was an argument between 2 users) and I think that having private messages would allow them to discuss that matter privately rather than making a post that 99% of boards users don't care about. Also, those 1v1 debates that spark during a forum discussion can be taken to PM. Honestly the rest of the users don't have to hear "Jhin is OP" "no he's not" "yes he is" "no he's not" "yes he is" "no he's not" etc, but there's really no place right now for 2 boards users to discuss that without bothering other people reading the thread or clogging up the thread.

Offensive private messages or harassment can be reported.
