So the last Rioter to help out in Help & Support in the CB was here over a month ago. Props to Riot Baconhawk and all, but I have rarely seen any support there. I realize it's a matter of preference for the support team, but is there any other reason that the CB H&S sub-comm seems so neglected?

Man, you just have to complain don't you? Just kidding man, maybe it's a chance for us in the community to go through and try to assist with what we've learned from our own and other issues?

Yep, thanks for pointing that out. There are a couple things we need to develop before the Help & Support board can work for our player support guys & Wrenchmen. Things like attachments in comments (now live) and board-specific treatment for user groups like Wrenchmen (soonTM).

not sure what you are talking about I had multiple responses 12 days ago when i posted about some issues I was having. They are still keeping a close eye, It is probably that not all the posts here merit responses.

I always thought it was intended; that it was more for players to help one another where possible with technical issues they've solved or experienced themselves at some point. Something like,

"Hey, has anyone had this happened to anyone else?"

"Yeah, doing so and so worked for me when I had that problem."

Seeing more red attention would definitely be nice though. I spend most of my time there nowadays, but I'll admit that for a lot of the topics, all I can really do is encourage them to send in a support ticket which is frustrating for us both.
