It means one of three things if your question isn't something stupid like "y iz madtur yee so bruken?"
- They haven't answered it yet (Duh).
- They don't have an answer to your question that would be satisfying or helpful.
- Answering the question would be assuming the future or making promises they're not sure they can keep.
So next time a Rioter doesn't respond to your question...
#DON'T BUG THEM ABOUT IT.
I see plenty of people go to threads shamelessly advertising their questions to Rioter responses in other threads. The baseline is: you're bound to not get an answer unless the stars align in a perfect row and all the super dragon balls congregate in one place by themselves. Riot reads posts all the time, and if your question wasn't answered after a long time, I'm sorry buddy. You're not getting an answer this time.
So don't go invade other threads talking about ward options for preseason to ask about solo queue. Please. And if you do see anyone do that, downvote their comment. If they persist, report their comment.
Tl,dr: STY IN YER OWN DAMN THREADS, WHIPPERSNAPPERS!
