[Inquiry] Questions for the Beta Team!

Hey, two questions I have as I do not want to overstep my bounds here.

• I am planning to do my own "Welcome to the Community Beta" post as best I can, including links to my CB Formatting post and others like a brief tutorial for CB tools. Would this post be frowned upon in any way, as you have an official "Welcome" post up still?

• A half-joke but half-cool idea that has been had recently was forming a small "Forum response team" out of players. Essentially like the "Council" in the Fan Creations of the older forums. On that subject, what are your thoughts on unofficial organized forum groups within the CB? Is that a good direction to take in your plans for the CB? Has that factor even been considered yet?
