Make the Specific Rioter who Deletes your Thread Public

Simple. It seems to me that there is at least one rioter who deletes threads that are in their proper location. When a rioter deletes our thread, we should know who deleted it so that the data can be pooled together and you learn who to fire for making you're already shit boards an even less welcoming environment.

also, why not just move threads? you say blahblahblah extra work. But let me break it down to you. You write code for moving a thread. They hit move, a drop down list pops up with all the sections, they click on the one that it goes to. viola for the price of one extra mouse click and a few hours of writing code you have successfully pissed off/irritated/annoyed/made feel unwelcome 200% more people.

As annoying as having your thread deleted is, I've read before that the reason that they do it is so people learn to pay more attention to where they put things. If the threads got moved, realistically people probably wouldn't even notice- and then next time they make a thread, they'll make the same mistake. It's kind of harsh, but it's a more practical and better method of dealing with misplaced threads in the long run.

It occurs to me now that you're also basically proposing a witch hunt on those who delete threads, so maybe you weren't looking for an actual logical response. Oops.

You know how Lyte would "Smite" people who demanded to be unbanned, by posting their chat logs which showed them to be blatantly racist or whatnot? I feel people like you would just get smote in similar fashion if they wasted their time explaining to you why they removed your post. Every. Single. Time.
