[Idea] Switch Red Tracker to mouseover preview

A problem I've seen come up occasionally has been the fact that the Beta's red tracker does not preview enough of a Red comment, forcing most everyone to jump to the comment just to understand what he/she is saying. While I personally don't think it's too much of a problem, I think a nice tweak would be to change the current preview to a mouseover preview, so you can show more of the comment without expanding the box. In fact you could simply list the names and times of red posts in the same size box and have a mouseover preview of every one.

I'm not that great at visual based anything but I can fiddle with paint a bit if anyone would like to see what I'm trying to show. It'll be awful as a forewarning :P
