Tag System, certain Boards, certain Tags

Ok, so a tag system has been debated time and time again for the Boards. There's arguments for and against that have an equal amount of merit, and while I won't go into detail about both sides of the argument needless to say we don't have one yet.

I propose a proof-of-concept idea. We have the Team Recruitment board now (yay!) and everyone is Looking for Team and Looking for Player, at various levels of play. So why don't we add tags for LFT and LFP respectively?

If this system is a genuine improvement, then a -Minimum Desired Rank- visual can be added. E.g. LFG(Silver+) or LFP(Platinum+).
