CB needs an Announcement section!

At least a forum for announcements similar to GD. It would also be rather nice to have a subforum on it where Reds can post a link to fansites if they post anything relevant or new they think players would enjoy reading. It gets rather difficult and tiring to navigate through hundreds of fansites to see if anything news worthy has been posted.
