[Musings] Upvotes on the CB

On GD, posts appear based on how recently they received a reply. Hence the mantra "Upvoting without bumping is a crime."

On CB, posts are ranked in part by how many upvotes they have. Upvoting is bumping. Therefore, we need a new paradigm. Something like, "Vote first, comment later."
