Why was my thread about WWII in GD deleted?
It spawned a crapton of videogames. No atomic bomb = no fallout series or any post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland games. Extra credits just did an episode on WWII. Valkyria Chronicles was inspired by it. No atomic bomb = no godzilla. Us nerds love godzilla.
That war has left a mark on gamer culture and games are still being made about it.
