Since some month now, the boards has lose the possibility to go from board to champ page/item page just from clicking on the link hidden in the "Game info" menu.
I know it's just 1 more page to load, but, in terms of ergonomics, it just painfull when you are on a gameplay/balance thread and just want to see the number real quick.
Can you tell us why you decide to remove this feature?
They removed a ton of functionality with the navigation bar change, and I have yet to hear any particularly sound reasoning from Riot as to why it's staying like this. The nav bar, as you mentioned, adds a bunch of loading screens and disambiguations between pages where there used to be clear paths, and certain functionality is literally impossible to find without leaving the site entirely to google it (e.g. the forum archives).
There's also the fact you can't sort news posts by anything other than chronology, which is extremely basic Web Design 101 sort of stuff.
