Can anyone tell me what the point of this forum is if no actual help is provided? Since the server change hundreds are still experiencing delays they otherwise wouldn't have. The support mega thread? Closed with out any updates since.

I agree terrible help and support, I had an issue where servers were real laggy and acting weird, I lost connectivity to servers in the middle of champ selections, happened twice in one night, also kept losing chat connectivity and when a match was over it would say something like we are unable to give you stats at this time but they will be available later......when I wrote a ticket for help and LP re-imbursment I was bascailly told to screw off and they blamed it on my ISP which was fine, I had called after the second tiem it happened as well as ran a speed test and checked all my other devices. the riot rep said I would have to provide all kkinds of ISP and network reports and screen shots to get my LP back. its hard enough to climb the ranks these days let alone to have serve bullcrap setting you back and to have such poor customer service.
I posted a board in that section that riot took down for w.e. reason but if u could bump it to help more players submit hard evidence that the server change is negatively affecting the game then I believe riot will actually do something about it http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/p4rFZqEa
